1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the wjpesovip website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Access to the wjpesovip Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms without modification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of wjpesovip services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all wjpesovip accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one wjpesovip account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wjpesovip login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wjpesovip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• KYC Verification: wjpesov ip may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your wjpesovip account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved before a final withdrawal can be processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

wjpesovip supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your wjpesovip account in real time upon successful processing.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your wjpesovip account. wjpesovip reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.

• Declined Transactions: wjpesovip reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wjpesovip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, fishing games, and certain slots may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: wjpesovip employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, and exploitation of software errors. • wjpesovip's Discretion: wjpesovip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the wjpesovip Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all wjpesovip games:

• All wjpesovip games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. wjpesovip is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet amount before confirming.
• In the event of a software malfunction or error that affects game outcomes, wjpesovip reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are not valid and will not be paid.
• wjpesovip reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable evidence of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wjpesovip Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the wjpesovip Platform or its underlying software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or wjpesovip employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wjpesovip Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of wjpesovip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wjpesovip Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the wjpesovip Platform without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wjpesovip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

wjpesovip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wjpesovip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Termination

wjpesovip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, wjpesovip reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11 Privacy

wjpesovip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the wjpesovip Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact wjpesovip customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. wjpesovip's operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR, and players may also raise complaints through applicable PAGCOR channels.
